Aww, Sarah, sorry you're feeling this way. I find that, when I'm in a shlump, doing something that adds even just a slightest bit of colour to everyday helps, such as trying out a new workout DVD, listening to a new song, trying a new ice cream flavour, etc. I recommend, one day, going to a warm coffee shop, get your favourite caffeinated beverage, and either read or write. Get some of your emotions out on paper. Then it's not eating away inside you anymore. I love you so much.
